We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our accounting team as an accounts payable specialist. Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting procedures and streamline processes.
• Provide administrative support for the accounting department as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or accounting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Previous internship or experience with accounts payable preferred
• 1099 experience preferred
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the accounting field.
